How to Loose Weight- Fat Burning Furnace

March 8th, 2010 No comments

Hi Heather here again.

I will now wax lyrical about the programme that helped me recover my self esteem and finally motivated me to get my body back in shape.

(OK. If you want to bypass me droning on jump straight to the most successful weight loss programme on the market)

As I explained in my About Me page I was not enjoying life after having my children and watching my body starting to balloon until I discovered Rob Poulos.

I desperately wanted to get back to the way I was but without any of the nonsense normally associated with weight loss plans.

Let me tell you what is not involved in this programme:-

No pills

No Acai Berry

No weighing yourself in front of others

No complicated machines

No guilt trips about what you eat.

What I can tell you is that it will include:-

Increasing your metabolism to get rid of fat naturally.

Nutrition planning.

How to eat properly and still enjoy your food without starving yourself.

Short exercises that wont leave you aching all over.

Banish fad dieting for ever.

The programme is not designed to give you a quick fix until you move on to the next “big thing.” This will get you to your desired weight and shape and keep you there.

The crux of Fat Burning Furnace is teaching you how to loose fat and gain lean muscle. You will also learn how to raise your resting metabolic rate. This is where the “furnace” comes from as your body can now burn lots more calories than before.

How to Loose Weight-Motivation

Discover how to loose weight by clicking here

Discovering how to loose weight is great but how do you keep motivated to maintain your ideal weight? Here are some tips to help you.

Visualisation

This is something that all successful people use to some degree or other to keep them focused on their goal. Stand in front of a mirror and see yourself as you are. Close your eyes and envisage yourself as you would like to be. What is your stomach like? What are your arms and legs like? Work through your whole body until you have a mental picture of the perfect you. Do this every day (it only takes a few minutes) and you will begin to feel like the perfect you.

Set Goals

There is no better feeling than setting goals and then achieving them irrespective of how small they may be. Do you want to lose a certain amount of weight? Do you want to lose an inch from your stomach or thighs or arms? Do you want to change the way you eat? It doesn’t matter what the goal is as long as you feel good when you achieve it.

Be good to yourself

When you have achieved something you should always reward yourself in whatever way pleases you the most. Have you reached your target weight? Buy yourself an item of clothing that you would not have bought before. Go and see that movie you have been wanting to see for so long or buy a DVD you have been wanting.

Keep a Diary

If you record what you do every day it helps keep you on track when you feel that you have not done enough or are feeling that progress is stalling. You can look back at what you have already achieved and this helps to change your mood.

Listen to Music

There is nothing more uplifting than listening to your favorite dance track or movie theme when exercising. Working in silence is boring but when you add music it becomes fun and the time flies in.

You can probably think of lots of other ways to enjoy yourself when trying to loose weight, but the key word there is ENJOY. It doesn’t have to be mundane or boring, Use your imagination.
